- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and maintenance, to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience
- Continuously evaluate performance through data analysis and KPI monitoring, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and service quality
- Oversee route planning, vehicle allocation, and driver scheduling to maximize resource utilization
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce operational expenses
- 5 years of proven experience in transportation operations leadership, with a strong track record of achieving operational excellence
- In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Experience with route optimization, scheduling software, and transportation management systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
