Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position is a full-time position. Must be available during clinic hours (Monday-Friday 8a-5p). Flexible start and end times daily coordinated with our team of BCBAs.

Dr. Deb's Center is a Multi-Disciplinary Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Leawood, Ks. The majority of our ASD kids receive OT, Speech and PT services as well as ABA daily. Experience:

· Preferred experience as BCBA for 1 year, but not required

· Preferred experience working with children for 1 year

· Preferred experience working in the field of ABA for 1 year

· Preferred experience working with children with ASD

· Preferred experience in clinical assessments including PEAK, AIM, VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, ESDM, AFLS and Socially Savvy

General Job Expectations:

· Collaborate with a team of dedicated ABA staff as well as with other clinicians within our multi-disciplinary clinic such as speech therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapists

· Completing initial intake and reoccurring assessments using specific assessment tools

· Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child

· Providing 25-30 treatment/supervision hours per week for your clients

· Providing family guidance on a consistent basis

· Leading and educating your committed team of registered behavior therapists

· Develop discharge and transition plans for your clients

· Meet company standards for supervision and billing

· Conduct team meetings to provide consistent and quality collaboration and attend weekly BCBA meetings with the clinic owners

· A commitment to show up and be a leader

Qualifications:

· Must hold BCBA certification

· Master’s Degree or higher required

· Must have Kansas state licensure

· Must have or obtain CPR certification prior to start date

· Must pass a background check

· Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision requirement

Special Demands:

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to walk, run, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time, and engage in physical activity

· Reliable transportation

Dr. Deb’s Center for Child & Family Development is a private clinic in Leawood KS, recognized for its’ exceptional service to the community. Innovative and evidenced based practices are foundational in this multi-disciplinary collaborative setting. The BCBA is an integral team member who provides family centered ABA services to our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
