Dr. J's Natural is looking for a talented Content marketing manager to take full responsibility for our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs, and lead generation. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a creative and writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers in this particular industry. For this position, it’s essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook, and Blog content.
- Can film/edit videos for all platforms
- Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other editing/filming platforms
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with management teams to produce high-quality content
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
- Edit, proofread and improve content
- Optimize content considering SEO
- Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Ideal Fit
- 2 years of experience working in a social/digital capacity for a consumer brand
- Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong and proven creative side
- A love for planning and scheduling
- A proven passion for social media and digital marketing
- A strong ability to tell a story
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager
- Proficiency in Canva
- Understanding of web publishing requirements
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Amazon, and Google Advertising
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
