Customer Support Specialist with Washify (A DRB Systems, LLC company)
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working with our exciting product (Washify) that has been helping many car washes move into a new way of automated operating.
This is not a typical "call center" role, and we are not your typical tech company. We believe that developing skills in our associates will help them not only excel in daily work-related areas, but to also build and nurture confidence that is all-around beneficial.
The Role : This position provides customer service and account management support, resolution and follow-ups to our client’s customers by answering their tickets, chats and phone calls.
You will manage several accounts and follow up with customers to aid them in managing their accounts specifically. You will also be assigned side projects to manage on your own keeping your performance and quality standards flawless.
This role is an 8-8pm schedule (a shift of 8 hours within that time frame), with one closing shift per week. There will also be one weekend day worked every other week.
Responsibilities :
- customer support (inbound calls, answer tickets, chats and call customers when required)
- reporting platform potential issues and customer feedback
- tracking for bugs
- other work streams or workflows assigned by the Client
- Checking preexisting tickets for every customer interaction
- Being able to correctly identify escalations and correctly escalate them
Requirements :
- Previous customer service experience (Have you worked with customers?)
- A problem-solving mindset (Do you like a good puzzle?)
- The ability to troubleshoot using logic and analytical thinking (Are you a logical thinker with a gift for keeping things organized?)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Do you like talking to people?)
- A strong sense of urgency (Do you like to get things done and feel a sense of accomplishment?)
- Aptitude for learning new software programs (Do you like to learn new things?)
