Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for organizing and coordinating weddings, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly and meet clients' expectations.
Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences
- Plan and execute all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Coordinate with vendors, such as florists, photographers, and musicians, to ensure services align with clients' needs
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and accommodations
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs seamlessly
- Address any issues or changes that may arise during the event
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation to provide exceptional client experiences
- Proficient in budgeting to manage wedding expenses effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant, hotel, or event marketing industry practices
- Experience in events management to coordinate various aspects of weddings efficiently
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services throughout the planning process
- Proficiency in fundraising techniques for events requiring financial support
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with vendors
