SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The primary role of the Office Administrator is to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep supplies ordered for office staff
- Update division roster
- Handle mail
- Support FedEx, UPS, USPS
- Main line phone operator (Main line rings to my desk)
- Set up & assign voicemail & phone numbers for any new employee phone at desk
- Give new hires keys/key cards/register for gym
- Building Maintenance Orders/Requests
- Onboard new hires
- New hire forms/termination forms
- Manage DFH shirt/hat orders
- Manage printer counts & supplies for office (Once/month log & order thru Dex)
- Bank deposits
- Manage checks & check printer
- Business card orders
- All supply orders for the sales offices
- Marketing materials for sales offices (reg cards, signs, etc.)
- Process all construction/warranty expense reports
- All paint/tape orders for field team
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal- Proven work experience as an Office Admin or something similar
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- High school degree
- Customer service attitude

- The work environment is representative of an office/field setting
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate
