Key Responsibilities:

• Event Travel Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements for weddings, honeymoons, and bachelorette parties, including venues, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable planning process for clients
• Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in wedding destinations, honeymoon packages, and bachelorette party hotspots to offer the best recommendations
• Itinerary Management: Design and manage detailed itineraries tailored to each client's unique vision, preferences, and budget
• Problem Solving: Resolve any issues that arise during the planning or travel process, ensuring clients have a stress-free experience

• Must be a citizen of the USA, Mexico, or Australia
• Passion for weddings, parties, and travel
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and apps
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
