Dreamz Dispensary is looking for team members for our Roswell location. Who are willing to forget what they think they know about marijuana and relearn the natural effects of terpenes. All the while providing personable excellent customer service.
Position to be filled:
- General Manager

All Applicants MUST have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable source of transportation
- Ability to stand for a long period of time (Advise if accommodations are required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Scheduling experience
- Excellent cash handling skills
- A positive attitude
- Keen strategic thinking and planning
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- In-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years
- Cash handling: 2 years
- Inventory management 2 years
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
