Be a part of our digital marketing brigade as our Email/SMS Copywriter. Responsible for chiseling compelling copy across our clients' Email & SMS campaigns, you are the voice behind our strategies. This position is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position. DRINKS is home-based in Los Angeles; however, we are now a remote-first company.
What You’ll Do
- Liaise with multiple clients to understand brand ethos, guidelines, and values.
- Conduct research on competitors, including subscribing to newsletters.
- Craft engaging copy for emails and SMS, adhering to provided briefs.
- Collaborate with the Email/SMS team to ideate and produce riveting content.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions and partake in departmental meetings.
- Liaise with various departments and maintain open communication lines with team members.
- Address and resolve client issues concerning copy in collaboration with Email & SMS Specialists, Leads, and Managers.
- Work closely with the Head Email & SMS Copywriter to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Contribute to departmental processes, onboarding, and training initiatives.
About You
- Professional experience in crafting copy for marketing and branding.
- Acumen in interactive writing, digital communication nuances, and the art of persuasion
- Mastery in juggling multiple projects, adapting to varied brand voices, and managing tasks.
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines and showcasing exceptional written communication prowess.
- Strong interpersonal acumen, with prior experience in a remote work setting.
- A knack for fostering positive team dynamics and building relationships.

- Experience in email platforms like Klaviyo or similar.
- Prior association with e-commerce brands.
Primary Location: Los Angeles, CA
Primary Location Compensation Range: $20-$22/hr.
