Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role will predominantly involve accounts payable tasks, and in addition, providing valuable support in entry-level human resources functions. Responsibilities:

Perform basic and routine accounting functions

Execute price changes/markdowns on products

Checking product margins and updating as needed

Continuous tracking of orders / shipments to ensure each order is fulfilled

Reconcile vendor shipping/receiving discrepancies

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Handle general office administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Office experience is required

Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus

Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
