Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role will predominantly involve accounts payable tasks, and in addition, providing valuable support in entry-level human resources functions. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who demonstrates proactiveness and resourcefulness, possesses strong multitasking abilities, and can maintain a high level of accuracy even in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions

  • Execute price changes/markdowns on products

  • Checking product margins and updating as needed

  • Continuous tracking of orders / shipments to ensure each order is fulfilled

  • Reconcile vendor shipping/receiving discrepancies

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

  • Handle general office administrative duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Office experience is required

  • Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus

  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus

  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure

  • Proficiency in computer use, coupled with effective typing abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to curveballs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Meticulous organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
