Overview:
We are a small, well established, independently owned marketing company near South Lake Tahoe (Zephyr Cove, NV) that is experiencing rapid growth and we’re looking to grow our team. We work with small business owners in all 48 states plus Hawaii to help them generate more NEW customer traffic to their location(s). When small businesses win, everybody wins!
We are looking for an experienced, well-organized, detailed person to join our team and provide critical support to our sales and marketing team. This is also an opportunity to learn the direct marketing business and step into larger role(s) within our company.
This support role will be a center point of reference within our company by helping to onboard (set up) new clients on our program as well as other critical tasks such as preparing proposals, running campaign reports, data analysis, proofing artwork and sales support.
We’re looking for a career minded individual to join our team, learn the business, and contribute ideas for improved efficiencies. The right individual will eventually have ownership/leadership over key areas paving the way for career growth.
This is a full time, in-office position.
We will also offer a relocation package for the right candidate to move to Zephyr Cove NV or South Lake Tahoe CA. Commuting to/from Reno is another viable option.
College degree is preferred as well as proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Experience using campaign management software is a also plus.
The ideal candidate already has 2 years of agency or marketing experience and understands the “give and take” of a deadline driven business.
Sales & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities Include
- Assist with new client onboardings and account set up
- Running campaign performance reports and other spreadsheet/database tasks
- Prepare proposals
- Interfacing with clients via email & sometimes phone
- Artwork proofing, meticulous review
- Interpreting & relaying client requests
- Meeting campaign deadlines
- Assist with campaign management
- Data entry
- Special projects
Job Requirements
- 2 years agency or marketing experience
- Well-organized, detailed and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Solid computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficient in Excel is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Career minded individual, and a team player
- This position is full time, in the office, Monday - Friday
