Drive Casa is a used car dealership offering in-house financing for all credit types on a large selection of quality vehicles. Drive Casa is one of the fastest growing used car dealerships, serving the community since 2015. We have 7 sales lots and count with our own reconditioning and service facility. Work Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Pay is negotiable.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing customers with service and facilitating collection activities for past due customers.
- Able to assist customers with payment questions or arranging payment plans.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to work Saturday.
- Polite and professional attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
