Job Title: Retail Merchandiser
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting various retail locations within a 25-mile radius of your home, auditing products, counting inventory, setting new fixtures and displays, and ensuring that products are properly stocked and displayed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations to audit products and count inventory
- Set new fixtures and displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment
- Stock products and shelves to maintain a well-organized store
- Place shelf labels and ensure accurate product information
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
- Access to reliable transportation
- Smartphone access for reporting and photo capture
