Seeking an on-site HR Specialist to work for our customer in Manchester, MI.
Job Summary:
- Ensure that employee and customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Required Education and Experience:
- Degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years related experience in human resource role
- MS Office Suite

Essential Functions:
- Ensure that Employees abide by all customer policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Customer Employee Handbook.
- Complete background screenings
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Submit and track eVerify data
- Lead or support weekly new hire orientation
- Maintain orientation rosters and attendance tracking
- Maintain WOTC submission and tracking
- Responsible for training and motivating the team members
- Maintain personnel files and documents
- Manage employee concerns and implement improvement actions
- Communicate with team members through MS office suite
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and other paperwork
- Respecting and understanding of the Customer/supplier relationship
Working Conditions
- Office Environment and Plant Floor (PPE required)
- M-F, 8am - 5pm, on-site at customer site
Effort/Physical Demands
- Constant communication with employees, peers, and management
- Overtime as required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
