ABOUT THE JOB:
Driven Talent is looking for a direct hire HR Generalist for our awesome International client located in City of Industry CA. This person will be instrumental in elevating our strategy and approach for their HR Team to assess and anticipate HR-related needs, proactively communicating with the HR department to develop integrated solutions.The perfect candidate is analytical, creative, in-tune with all verticals under the HR umbrella, and most importantly - excited to develop and grow this area of our business.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a resource for general HR information, responding to employees with information and interpretation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Manage the full lifecycle multi-state recruiting process including:
- Conduct Onboarding for all new hires.
- Processes and maintains all leave of absence documentation.
- Provide internal departments with notification of new hires, changes, and separations, and work closely with Human Resources Manager to ensure changes are processed and accurate information is maintained in HRIS systems.
- Ensure a smooth and organized operation by maintaining personnel-related records including I-9, and other employment records maintained in files and electronically.
- Organize and compile various packets, emails, and materials required for recruiting, interviewing, orientation and on-boarding.
- Perform clerical functions and other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Always working on improving the department’s and organization’s practices
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years’ experience providing administrative support within the HR department
- Professional attitude
- Solid understanding of employee relationships
- Ability to organize, coordinate and effectively manage time
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent business judgment and quantitative skills
- Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
- Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong MS Office
- Bilingual Spanish
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Passionate about customer experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
