About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished technology leader with previous experience working in a 1000 people tech org. This is a unique opportunity to shape the tech org growth from 300 to 1000 people. You will help us scale the tech org, scale and develop leaders, optimize execution and further improve collaboration as we scale.
What You'll Do:
- Build a talent strategy for our tech org (current state/target state and how to get there)
- Build skills development plan for the tech org
- Responsible for planning and running operations as well as people manager cadences
- Plan and run operational cadences such as design reviews, OKR reviews, dashboards etc.
- Responsible for people manager cadences including talent reviews, performance reviews and coaching.
- Enhance tech team collaboration by planning team events, product and partner events, D&I, wellness etc.
- Own operational excellence for financial planning, vendor planning and people planning
- Be the primary go to person for people and process matters for all of the Tech org
- Partner with senior executives at DriveWealth
What You'll Need:
- Computer Science Degree or related education (Masters / PhD preferred but not required)
- Experience directly or indirectly (as Chief Of Staff) at a large tech org for an innovative company that has scaled
- Experience with direct or indirect ownership of talent strategy and operational cadences
- Good understanding of best practices from the Tech industry / late stage startup ecosystems
- Previous experience directly leading 50 org and leading other people managers and leaders
- Experience partnering with and influencing Executives and C level leaders
- Previous experience as a CoS or have worked very closely with a CoS
- Experience partnering closely with C-level executives as in this role you will be the key partner for the CTO
