Urgently Hiring - Dry Force is hiring a Restoration Sales Specialist for a full-time position.
Remote Sales- Dispatched from home: All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators, no cold calling! You will only need to come into the office for scheduled weekly meetings once training has been completed.
As a Restoration Sales Specialist, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. You will be going to screened appointments from our dispatch office. This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments."

We are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing In-Home Sales Specialists who will be the first responders onsite for water damage.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates. ( we can change)
Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
Execute top-notch customer service as a in home sales specialist
Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
2 years of sales experience
Previous mitigation experience required.
Experience with DASH preferred but not required.
Ability to work 50-60 hours a week.
Proficient with modern technology
Ability to speak persuasively and respectfully with all people.
Stable work history with a strong work ethic
Ability to successfully close sales
Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction
A positive attitude
Self-motivated
Requirements:
Valid Texas driver's license with a satisfactory record
Clear criminal background
Ability to pass drug screen
Education:
High school or equivalent
