Recruiter / Sourcer - Remote
Direct Services Group Holdings (DSGH) has an immediate need for a Part -Time Recruiting partner to source and screen candidates to support growth within all divisions of our organization.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, industry specific groups trade publications, etc.)
- Help develop candidate pipelines via trade schools and colleges
- Work with hiring managers to post vacancies, review candidates and follow up with interview schedules
- Ensure high level of contact with candidates to keep them engaged during the recruiting process
Education & Experience:
- 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Sourced and filled challenging roles
- Sense of urgency in filling vacancies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other HR specific software programs
