You will work with Team Members and customers to leverage Cloud Inventory® resources to identify new software, hardware and services opportunities that best align with our customers corporate strategy and exceed sales goals. Your involvement on the Installed Account Team is integral to company success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

What You’ll Do

A closer look at your responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer requests
- Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via customers & team members
- Support the broader Installed Sales Team by ensuring the delivery of timely quotations and accurate order processing
- Performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met
- Maintain accurate and complete customer account information
- Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, billing, and renewals
- Expand new business opportunities in existing customer accounts within the assigned account territory

Who You Are
You are passionate about and interested in a career in Sales and Accountant Management, and are looking for the place to kickstart the experience needed to excel in those areas. You are self-motivated with strong organization and time-management skills. It’s easy for you to establish rapport and build relationships with your customers and Team Members. You understand the importance of customer service and feel confident handling a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
What You Bring
- Previous professional experience working with sales and/or account management
- A proven track record of customer service or inside sales success
- An interest and aptitude for software technology
- A sense of determination to generate new business and follow up on requests, including making cold calls
