Assistant Plant Manager - Food & Beverage Company
We are a leading food and beverage company seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing production processes, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement procedures to improve production processes and ensure quality control
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring supplies are on hand to meet production needs
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Quality Control, and Supply Chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve production targets
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
