DSQ Technology, a leading independent software company, is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a process-driven leader who can architect go-to-market strategies, taking an idea from concept to implementation, as we build our on-staff marketing & lead generation functions.

 

DSQ Technology provides innovative solutions for the waste and recycling industry. Our products help businesses manage their operations, increase efficiency, drive cost savings and reduce environmental impact. We have a team of over 30 employees across the USA who are passionate about our vision of a world where business leaders can confidently make informed decisions using real time data.

 

We need your help telling our unique story. As a B2B Marketing Manager at DSQ Technology, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue for our SaaS products. You will work closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams to understand the needs of our target audience and deliver engaging and relevant content across multiple channels. The best candidates will bring their analytical mindset to measure the effectiveness of your marketing efforts and optimize them accordingly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the transition from a Founder-led sales program to a marketing-led program, incorporating content-driven marketing, channel partnerships, and direct-to-consumer sales channels.
  • Create a media driven lead generation strategy that leverages product specific video, creative blog posts around DSQ’s product suite, and compelling content that highlights the advantages to potential customers.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Proactively seek and establish marketing partnerships to extend our reach and enhance our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with partners on joint marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create case studies, video content, and other collateral that showcases our products value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, leveraging data and analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness. Examples include website traffic, conversion rates, and customer surveys.
  • Manage social media interactions with potential and existing customers.
  • Create testimonial program and collect customer reviews and referrals
  • Optimize website content and blog posts for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing material creation, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, swag, gear and more.
  • Webpage development and maintenance using our CMS
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and best practices

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS, preferably one related to services or trades (Waste, Facilities Services, HVAC, etc)
  • Proficient in maintaining websites and doing light development and customizations with Webflow (ex – landing pages, content adjustments)
  • Ability to create and edit content, including basic copywriting, presentation, and video editing abilities.
  • Familiar with SEO best practices and building domain reputation
  • Experience optimizing site performance using Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
