What You Will Get To Do: Establish & lead collaborative relationships between customers and the SS&C organization. Communicate with customers via conference calls, written electronic correspondence, and in face-to-face meetings. Analyze, anticipate, and identify customer needs and recommend innovative solutions. Leverage extensive in-house training programs for industry knowledge and product expertise. Mentor & manage associates on the client relations team. Establish work priorities, plan projects, and ensure timelines are met. Coordinate face-to-face meetings with customer’s onsite and at their location. Assist with budgeting, billing, and contract administration while ensuring contractual obligations are achieved. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree and/or 6 years of client facing work-related experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously. Strong organizational and project management skills with efficient time management Problem solving and numerical reasoning skills; ability to analyze data and act. Career oriented, highly motivated, and self-starting individual able to work in a fast paced, team environment. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.
