Summary
The Senior Team Lead, Quality, is responsible for supporting all Quality department requirements and being able to work as a team member as well as foster a cooperative teamwork environment. The Senior Team Lead ensures all Quality requirements are met and is an escalation point and liaison between the Quality team and other IMS departments. This position acts as a catalyst for process improvements and business change management and works with internal IMS groups to monitor and deliver on goals, objectives and KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the IMS Quality team to achieve quality objectives and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to relevant external quality regulations and standards and internal quality policies.
- Ensure all elements of the IMS quality management system are in place and effectively adhered to.
- Develop and update quality policies and procedures and communicate changes to the team to ensure understanding and implementation.
- Stay abreast of changes in quality standards and regulations to ensure that policies and procedures are updated accordingly and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the people side of business change to achieve the required business outcome.
- Perform change assessments to ready the project team and plan for the expected impact of the proposed changes.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify business change and compliance risks and recommend strategies to mitigate and manage identified risks.
- Collaborate with company PMO associates to ensure business change management aligns with applicable project management.
- Monitor business change communication plan and assist with preparing communication materials for relevant stakeholders.Provide training to staff on quality policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of compliance awareness throughout the organization.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
- Prepare and present regular quality management reviews to senior management.
- Investigate and address compliance issues and develop and implement appropriate response plans.
- Coordinate the business process improvement process and introduce best practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for 3rd party auditors and registrars.
- Act as a positive role model to all team members (punctuality, accuracy, preparedness, and performance at high standards).
- Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers as needed both verbally and in writing.
Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the Quality team.
Educational background / Work experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with direct quality assurance, compliance and/or regulatory responsibilities.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Language skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer Literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient with using an ERP system.
Other Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9120 compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing at various levels of the organization and across various groups.
- A solid commitment for driving business change and continuous improvement.
- Results oriented, ensuring department protocol is followed.
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
- Proficiency in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality of company and customer records.
- Must be a team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Supply Chain Management industry.
- Certification in a quality discipline or business change discipline.
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Travel
- Travel by car between IMS Arizona facilities
For this position, the expected base pay is: $70,500 - $105,500 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
