What we need:
As an award winning GOVCON contractor, DTC Global Services is continuously looking to growth. This growth has brought a need for an ambitious PRISM Business Analyst! The PRISM Business Analyst should have experience in agile development program to support federal agencies. The analyst must have experience in implementing acquisition management systems (PRISM), including working closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and IT teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and identify gaps in existing processes. You will also be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation. The candidate must be willing to ask questions, dig deep to identify and solve problems experienced by the team and the customer and focus on continuous improvement, making thoughtful suggestions for areas of process enhancement. In addition, the business analyst must have experience with migrating the agency's acquisition management system from a non-PRISM platform to PRISM.

Job Summary- The PRISM Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Gathering business requirements from stakeholders and end-users and translating them into functional specifications for IT development.
- Communicating with stakeholders and end-users to ensure that business requirements are met and that system functionality is delivering value.
- Collaborating with IT teams to develop, test, and implement new and improved business processes and system functionality.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and business process workflows.
- Conducting analysis of business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Build relationships with business partners and development teams and provides functional leadership and business user perspective to development team members
- Responsible for creating a roadmap for migrating the acquisition system from non-PRISM to Unison PRISM.
- Responsible for migrating agency's acquisition management system from a non-PRISM platform to PRISM.
- Other duties as assigned per the contract.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have experience implementing COTS products (PRISM) in an agile environment
- Must have experience implementing at least one Acquisition Management System in Federal Agencies
- Experience with business process modeling.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field with 4 years of experience preferred.
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field with 2 years of experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Other Requirement:
- Ability to obtain a public trust.
