JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for all communication with the client, reporting all required metrics, admin duties, Injury/incident escalation, overseeing recruitment, and day to day point of contact. Ensures they’re in compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and are reaching the required recruiting daily/weekly targets. They are also responsible for assigning employees to designated areas, and coaching employees on attendance/performance. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Management and Organization Skills
- Experience with databases, EXCEL, WORD, Internet, Email, and other Microsoft programs
- Customer Service
- Previous experience in warehouse/production/manufacturing a plus
- Friendly and Outgoing
- Articulate in verbal communication
- Strong written communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
