DTG Consulting Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist with 3-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and phone call handling and at least 2 years in the staffing and recruiting industry to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering client relationships in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize your sales background to engage with prospects and convert leads into clients
  • Leverage your phone call experience to conduct outreach and follow-up with potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and support clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications :

  • Preferred but not required : 2-3 years of recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Strong phone call handling skills and experience in conducting sales calls
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience working in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree : Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
