LTL Freight Clerk

We are looking for a career-minded and energetic person to join our warehouse team in a small, family-run e-commerce company specializing in green energy products. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. We offer pre-tax health, dental and vision coverage, with employee premiums partially paid by us. Summary of Position

The main purpose of the LTL Freight Clerk is to ensure all LTL orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and efficiently within DOT standards.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and understand a BOL and how to make it

Proficiency using computers (MS Office, MS Windows), Android devices and handheld scanners

Ability to lift 50 – 65 lbs in a semi-consistent form

Ability to drive a forklift

Ability to read and understand all written and verbal SOPs, Manuals, PPE Safety Sheets.

Critical thinking skills

Knowledge in warehousing, packaging, and/or inventory a preferred
