Job Description Sales Assistant
Overview:
Duerden’s Applance Inc is a small but rapidly growing business with a close team. We’re looking for a friendly and energetic person to help our sales professionals give a great customer experience. Your job will be to answer the phones and web chat and help with as many customer needs as you possibly can. You will also help our sales professionals generate specification packages, schedule repairs, and check in on projects.
Primary Duties:
· Answering phone and web chat requests.
· Creating the needed documents after a sale so the customer knows exactly what he or she will be getting.
· Helping customers schedule repairs of product that is covered under warranty.
· Greeting and welcoming customers to the store.
Qualifications:
· At least two years of work experience with customer interaction.
· We need you to be friendly, kind, and have attention to detail. Don’t worry a bit about knowing our industry or product, we will teach you that.
· The ability to work precisely and independently.
· Ability to operate Gmail, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Windows OS.
Physical requirements:
· You’ll be either at a desk or walking on a sales floor during your work day.
· The ability to read print and digital media and enter customer information on a computer.
· Lifting and bending will be rare, but may occur.
· We are a drug free workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
