Duffley Law PLLC is a law firm based in Houston, TX practicing estate planning & probate, real estate, and business law. We are a team of 12 people looking to continue growing!
Position Summary:
As an Intake Attorney at Duffley Law, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our practice. You will be responsible for running consultation meetings with potential clients (both in person and remotely) and getting them to engage our firm.
This position requires strong interpersonal and sales skills. Your performance will directly impact the firm's client base and success.
NOTE: this is an attorney position. You must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Performance Based Pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Develop and maintain an efficient and effective client consultation process and strategy to maximize the number of closed clients. Ensure a consistent and professional approach to handling potential client inquiries.
- Sales and Conversion: Implement sales strategies to effectively convert interested potential clients into signed engagements with paid retainers. Create and adjust scripting and strategies during consultations and follow up.
- Data Analysis: Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to optimize client conversion rates.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of client service throughout the intake process, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. Address any concerns or questions from potential clients to resolve issues and facilitate engagement.
Meeting Expectations:
-Daily:
- Daily check in call with intake team manager.
-Weekly:
- Weekly meeting with the entire intake team to discuss successes, provide group feedback, and answer questions.
-Monthly:
- Monthly report and call with intake team manager to discuss monthly metrics and short term and long term goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to delivering excellent client service.
- Some evening and weekend availability to respond to requests and questions from the intake team and firm leadership.
