Duke's is looking for an experienced Hydro Excavation Operator to join our Livonia-based crew to complete hydro excavation work within the Michigan area. As a new member of our crew, you will become an integral part of our growing team!

What We Will Do for YOU:
While you take care of our customers, we take care of you by providing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and professional operation of our Hydro Excavation units, maintaining all working equipment to ensure it is in good operating condition, mobilizing equipment to the site and operating the equipment in a safe manner. You will use the equipment to hydro excavate to expose utilities such as gas, water, electric, sanitary and telephone. You will be responsible for completing all required administrative paperwork (e.g., time sheets, truck mobilization/ demobilization logs, schedules, etc.) accurately, and within the specified timelines. You will also haul/tow equipment to and from job sites, and maintain and keep all hydro excavation equipment in good operating condition by adjusting, cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs. You will also perform other related work as needed.

- Are at least 21 years old
- Are willing to undergo a DOT physical and drug screen
- Have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean MVR record
- Have experience operating heavy equipment for hydro excavation to expose various utilities
- Are willing to travel when/if needed
- Have experience in planning daily work activities and scheduled tasks
- Are mechanically inclined; in-field training will be provided
- Have strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
- Are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Have strong interpersonal skills and like working as part of a team
- Will abide by all safety procedures and policies, including wearing required PPE for your safety.
