Job Description
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
To work cooperatively with all staff in expediting the general flow of matters pertaining to the office and program, including but not limited to reception, general office/clerical duties, supplies and equipment management, office building appearance and maintenance, accounting, human resources, and administrative projects
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate and one to three years general clerical experience. Must have strong Word and Windows experience, good organizational skills. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills working with people at all levels of the organization and community. Must have ability to process information with speed and accuracy. Must have the ability to professionally deal with unexpected demands and incidents and to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience in accounting is preferred.
