The pay rate for the Unit Based Program Manager position is $47,000.

In this exciting role you would be responsible for overseeing Dungarvin Employment Services which are designed to help Dungarvin clients maintain long-term employment. In this position, you would be responsible for the development and coordination of the daily operations of Employment Services.
Responsibilities Include;
- Assisting Dungarvin clients infinding a job that incorporates their strengths and interests; and assisting them withmaintaining long-term employment.
- Successful orientation and ongoing training and development of staff.
- Ensuring all aspects of the Employment Services Program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored.
- Monitoring the financials and ensuringbest practices are maintained in the department.
- Supporting the full integration of adults with disabilities in the community, provide person-centered, strengths-based services.
- Partnering with both the client served and the community employers to ensure all aspects of the clients work is performed to the highest degree possible.
Work Environment and Office Hours;
This is a hybrid remote position. Combination of working out of a home office and local travel allowing you to work directly with people in the community, and occasional work at the Dungarvin office. This position will require you at time to transport the client in your personal vehicle. All mileage accrued while on shift will be reimbursed.
Qualifications- 2 years of experience working as lead staff in the Social Services field.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to assess situations and make sound judgments when given guidance and priorities. Ability to anticipate possible outcomes of actions and react accordingly.
- Ability to effectively work 1:1 with people.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to manage time effectively and accomplish assigned tasks. Ability to self-manage tasks effectively and communicate needs.
- Ability to network with community businesses to generate and secure employment opportunities.
- Employment services experience preferred.
- $47,000 salary
