What are the responsibilities and job description for the STAFF ACCOUNTANT position at Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company?
Summary:
Responsible for maintaining proper accounting records. Accurately and effectively classify, prepare, record and verify financial data for multiple entities. Responsible for overseeing high number of independent entities.
- Tenant billing and collections
- CAM reconciliations
- Review Leases to ensure accurate billing
- Reconcile bank statements
- Review all general ledger account activity to ensure account balance accuracy
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and necessary accruals
- Prepare and record journal entries for month end close
- Monthly analysis of actual to budget
- Put together year-end financial packets for yearend Financial Review
- Various AD HOC reports as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1 to 3 years of relative work experience in Accounting field required
- Experience with accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details
