The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Manager such that the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. It is important that the Shift Leader ensures the team consistently delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. They are also expected to help the Management Team with the development and training of the crew as well. Assisting in the development of the team will in turn further the Shift Leader’s training towards becoming an Assistant Manager.
