Our Assistant Store Leaders play a vital role in restaurant management operations by providing a hospitable environment and ensuring a satisfactory experience of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that guests receive outstanding customer service
- Understand all in store marketing promotions
- Store Clerk responsibilities
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve restaurant performance
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Reporting to the Store Manager and District Manager
- Our Store Associates contribute to outstanding customer service experience
For Management Positions:
- Customer Service Management and FoH Management
- Supervisory Activities
- Shift Management, Team Leading
- Key Holder responsibilities, opening and closing
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by a manager
Pay and Benefits:
We offer an attractive total compensation plan that includes per hour wage and a comprehensive benefits package (available after one year of employment).

Cashier and barista experience is a plus. Retail management experience will be considered. Food service experience is not required.
