What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Manager position at Dunkin'?
BOH Manager Task include:
· Assign tasks
· Money management before and after shift.
·Truck ordering & inventory
· Ensure everyone is in proper uniform
· Keep up with all policies
· Resolve Complaints
· Train Trainees
· Daily cleaning duties
· Give Write up/Evaluations when needed
· Keep up with marketing updates and training
· Conduct store meeting with district manager present
Overall we are looking for a leader that can be coached to deliver a positive guest experience every time, build relationships with their team and guest for retention, and make it a fun/friendly environment!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
