369 Management Dunkin' is looking for a guest-focused team player to join the team as a Crew Member. We are a local, family-owned franchise of Dunkin’, operating 14 locations in New Hampshire & Maine.

Schedule
- Most working hours are while the store is closed to customers.
- Flexible start times (4am or earlier)
- Full & part-time opportunities are available.
- Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.
Responsibilities
- Prepping food and beverage for opening.
- Merchandising the bakery cases to make them eye appealing.
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
- Assist with customer service once store is open; processing orders on the register, cash handling, following brand standards and recipes.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A naturally positive person who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift to 50lbs.
Requirements
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
