You are qualified to pursue a career at HRG at the General Manager level if you are:
- Experienced as a QSR General Manager and have a welcoming, upbeat, cheerful outlook and the ability to effectively teach, coach, train and motivate others on all aspects of restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of providing an exceptional guest and team experience, maintaining a fun, flexible, and fulfilling environment for your team and guests while exceeding restaurant standards
- Focused on strong P&L performance through team development, maintaining daily controls, and strategic food and labor management
