What are the responsibilities and job description for the Opener / Barista position at Dunkin'?
Love coffee? Love Donuts? Love meeting new people every day? We are looking for energetic people to join our growing team! As a shift/assistant you will be taking orders, doing transactions, making drinks, assisting the store manager, making sure food safety is at its best and be a leader in customer service. Rise through the ranks to become a general manager and more! Previous customer service is preferred, but not required.
We are a FUN, fast paced store looking to add to our growing team. We are a great company to work for with many opportunities. Must be good with people, be on time, have reliable transportation, be able to multi-task, have a sense of urgency to get guest taken care of in a timely manner.
We are looking for a responsible adult that can open the store at 4am. Duties include, baking bagels, muffins, croissants. Finishing some donuts. Brewing coffees. Getting the store ready and open. Then working a position for the rest of the shift, either Barista, Sandwich or window, or order taker.
Holidays and weekends may be required. Early morning openers are paid $12.00-15/hr.
