Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

Overview

Exxpress Tire Delivery, the growing and thriving wholesale division of Dunn Tire is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to work as part of a professional team to capture revenue for an established book of business with smaller dealers. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute the sales and productivity goals set forth by the Wholesale Operations Sales Manager. 

• Pay: $15.00 -$18.00 / hr.  plus  a variable monthly bonus. 
• Variable Bonus:  At 100% an annualized range of $9,360 -$11,232.00 can be earned

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Outbound sales calls to a predetermined pool of dealers
• Manage monthly/quarterly dealer performance to attain associated dealer program targets
• Continuous tracking of expected deliveries for dealers
• Communication through the Wholesale Sales Operations Manager to ensure consistent service levels for dealers
• Acquire and retain customers about revenue/gross profit targets
• Identify/ communicate/ coordinate training with dealers
• Deepen product knowledge, and obtain working knowledge of manufacturers' associate dealer programs
• demonstrate strong, fair, consistent behavior
• Maintain and reinforce an environment conducive to the goals and direction of the company
• protect company Brand equity, reputation, and assets

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail automotive operations or equivalent experience in a related environment
• Prior call center experience
• Handle a high volume of calls
• Sit for extended periods
• Ability to work independently
• Prior experience in a retail environment or automotive-related industry
• Applicable communication skills with both internal and external entities
• Aptitude to acquire proficient computer skills, become proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Application of critical thinking skills
• Continuous training- Knowledgeable about current trends through online and classroom settings. 
• Possess a valid driver's license 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
