Dunn Tire, a local retail tire & automotive repair shop, is looking to fill a Retail Sales Adviser position. Sales Advisers for Dunn Tire work as part of a professional team to deliver a world-class customer experience through honest communication and integrity while suggesting and selling vehicle repairs and needs. Additionally, communicating information to our Service Technicians and Managers is a key responsibility for this role.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 / HR.
**Sign On Bonus paid after 90 days of employment

Responsibilities
- Sales Advisers Primary responsibility is selling tires (passenger & light truck), and tire-related services (N.Y. State Inspections, Oil Changes, Alignments, etc)
- Sales Advisers are responsible for Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Sales Advisers Schedule appointments
- Answering phones
- Ordering Tires
- Receiving Tires
- General Housekeeping
- Sales Advisers will be trained on and may be asked to assist in basic tire services such as flat repairs and mounting and balancing tires.
Qualifications
- Previous Retail Sales experience is a plus
- Candidate should have great multi-tasking skills
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to stand for extended periods
- The ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
