We are looking for a dynamic Client Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be required to attend to user queries, and requests via phone or email.
You'll also be helping clients set up their accounts in our software and walk them through its features, as well as collaborating with the client team in training and upskilling our clients.
What we expect from you
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and requests efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM software.
- At a minimum, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Familiarity with the retail and product industry is a plus.
