As the Human Resources Director with Pegasus, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions specific to the senior living industry. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR aspects, including corrective action/disciplines, talent acquisition, onboarding and orientation processes, compensation, benefits, and OSHA compliance,
