Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with clients and other agents.

-Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and inventory.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis reports.

-Transaction Management:

  • Assist clients with the preparation and submission of all required documents.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Manage all aspects of the closing process.

-Marketing and Networking:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings.
  • Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing methods to attract clients.
  • Attend networking events and build a strong professional network within the community.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required).

Licensing: Must hold an active real estate license.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
