DuPont needs a Data and Reporting Manager who will have responsibility for both the governance of the businesses’ data as well as ensuring that the business maximizes the value that it extracts from the data through analytics and reporting.
Your key responsibilities:
Ensure standards and processes for master data are established and followed.
Develop long-term strategies for data management to advance our capabilities toward world-class
Develop the data network, business culture, and people capabilities
Establish, own, and keep data standards evergreen
Drive Technology and digital advancement of data processes for efficiency and accuracy
Establish, Implement, and own Data Audits and metrics to measure performance including speed and accuracy
Identify and prioritize data improvement work.
Scope of work has a global impact and enables standardization of work practices.
Recognized and engaged as an expert in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence with a broad knowledge of business reporting & analytics and other business functions.
Develop long-term strategies and corresponding annual plans to ensure execution and alignment with business and functional goals.
Engage with corporate IT resources, project teams, and IT partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience
ERP and SAP Expertise Experience – 10 years
Business experience Combined Supply Chain, Operations & Project Team Leadership Experience – 10 years
Broad working knowledge of SAP/ERP across all functions
Deep working knowledge of master data and transactional data
Understand relational databases (database structures). PBI, SQL.
Ability to communicate through all levels of the organization
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Lean & Change Management experience
Innovation mentality with critical thinking and analysis
