Dura-Line is currently hiring for a TravelProduction Supervisorto join the Clinton, TN team.We need an engaging leader tosupervise the daily operations of your crew in the areas of staffing management, quality control, production, and lead your team toSUCCESS!

**This role requires 40% travelling**

You will bring your proven people leadership skills tocoach, mentor and motivateyour team while determining the best practices and implementing the practices on all shifts. You will lead by example and ensure to hit targets (in order of priority) in safety, quality, service, cost, and production. Yourproblem-solving skillswill be key in this role!

As a TravelProduction Supervisor, you will need excellentmulti-tasking skillswith the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritizing between what is urgent and what is important. You will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information, whether good or bad.

Also, for this value-added role, you must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in a lean manufacturing plant(5S, tier meetings, six sigma, continuous improvement,Gembawalk, leaderstandard work). Be able to identify opportunities of improvements and speak up onthe challenges and opportunities. Familiar with common safety practices, including PPE, permit to work, and OSHA regulations. Generate reports, use data to drive corrective actions. Able to develop and implement processes, procedures, and standard work instructions. Must understand and implement ISO requirements and philosophies while lean manufacturing green/black belt certification is desired & ERP/SAP experience is a plus!
