POSITION SUMMARY:
Semi-skilled work that involves operating, tending and maintaining a machine so that it stays in good operating condition by repairing minor malfunctions and reporting major problems. Performs routine tasks independently. Work is performed according to regular procedures and is occasionally reviewed in progress but mainly at regular periodic intervals.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and tends a machine that performs one or more functions.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
Load and unload products. Inspects final products for accuracy according to blueprints.
Starts the machine and observes its operation to detect any malfunctions.
Makes minor adjustments or repairs to the machine, such as tooling changes and offsets.
Ability to collaborate with CNC Machinists and Lead.
May assist with some small Mechanical assembly jobs.

POSTION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of experience as a Machine Operator
Ability to read blueprints
Hours are M – TH from 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Ability to work over-time if necessary
