Job Summary:

• Dutchmans, a leading cannabis wholesaler in Washington, is seeking a motivated and experienced Cannabis Wholesale Sales Associate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new suppliers who need assistance in selling their bulk B2B cannabis inventory and finding buyers who are looking to purchase cannabis products in bulk B2B quantities.
• The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our network of suppliers and buyers in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new suppliers who need help selling their bulk B2B cannabis inventory.
• Build relationships with new and existing suppliers to maintain a strong network.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with suppliers to purchase bulk B2B inventory at competitive prices.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote and market the bulk B2B products to potential buyers.
• Find new buyers who need to purchase cannabis inventory in bulk B2B quantities.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of bulk B2B products to buyers.
• Manage sales records and update the company's CRM system.
• Travel to suppliers consistently to network, review available bulk B2B products, bring bulk B2B product samples, etc.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in cannabis wholesale sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and buyers.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales record keeping.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
