Established in 1978, DV Medical Supply is a national wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical, medical and surgical supplies located in Gardena, CA. We are an entrepreneurial minded company looking for a customer service representative who knows that to be extraordinary begins with work ethic.
The Account Manager position is an entry level position with on site training and opportunities for advancement.
3-Month contract with option for permanent position
Compensation: Hourly commensurate with experience plus commission opportunity

Responsibilities:
- Website chat
- Interact with customers via telephone and email.
- Liaison between sales, operations and customers to resolve issues.
- Provide general information about company, products and service.
- Take orders from clients and enter into the computer system.
- Update orders (add items, delete items, or cancel orders).
- Listen to customer needs and concerns and provide information for resolution.
- Record customer complaints, research and respond with resolution in a timely fashion.
- Handle details regarding customer returns, reorders, pickups, etc.
- Determine when a situation requires a supervisor or manager.
- Responsible for rolling out information for new product launches

- Minimum age of 18 years old as required by state law.

- Knowledge of medical supplies and brand and generic drugs by name
- Desire to grow beyond the job description
Experience:
- 2 years customer service experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $37,440.00 - $60,040.48 per year
