Job Summary:
The objective of Inside Sales Representative is to assist the Sales Team to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process. Open to Internal Applicants as well.
Job Status(FLSA): Full-Time, Exempt
Location: West Chester, PA
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
The following list of responsibilities is not all inclusive, additional projects and/or tasks may be assigned to meet operational needs. DVM retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position should operational needs warrant.
Customer Interaction: Respond to clients promptly and professionally.
Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Maintain communication with the sales team to update them on order statuses and address any issues.
Part Sales: Process client requests for part sales and drop ship orders.
Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.Generate reports and analyze sales data to help identify trends and opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
Collaboration:Work closely with various internal departments, including Marketing, Project Management, and Finance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in sales support activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree(Preferred)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the power distribution industry
Thorough understanding of electrical power systems
Satisfactory completion of additional background screening (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:
The work environment is a typical office environment, with quiet to moderate noise level, and traditional lighting.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer.
Must be able to communicate effectively using phones or computer software.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the assigned facilities.
Must be able to travel as needed.
